New Delhi: with the MBBS and BDS admission going on, the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MOHFW) has informed about the allocation of MBBS and BDS seats under the central pool across medical colleges of the country .
here are the guidelines to be f9ollowed by the beneficiary Government Department for selection and nomiation of candidates against Central paul MBBS/BDS seats for acedmic year 2022-23 for information and necessary action.
Every year 17 Seats for MBBS and BDS (15 Seats in MBBS and 2 Seats in BDS) under Central Pool quota are being allotted to the CAPFs by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare through MHA for the following categories:-
- a) Category-I-Wards/widows of those killed in action (i.e. those who are eligible for LPA).
- b) Category-II -Wards/widows/wives of personnel permanently disabled in action and boarded out from service.
- c) Category-III-Wards of all serving and retired personnel.
